Coastal Carolina Bancshares, Inc. is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, and will continue trading under the OTCQX ticker symbol CCNB. Following the system conversion, expected in March 2027, the combined bank will be rebranded as Beacon Bank, N.A., and will remain headquartered in Myrtle Beach. After the conversion, the company will have sixteen branches and a loan production office serving markets throughout the coastal Carolinas from Wilmington, NC, to Charleston, SC, and inland to the Upstate.
