Born and raised in SC with roots in the Lowcountry, Robbie is a seasoned banker with close to 25 years of experience in the Charleston Market in administration, commercial and consumer lending and management roles. He is a graduate of Trident Technical College and Charleston Southern University. Robbie joined the Beacon Community Bank family in 2021 as a Commercial Banker. Joe Sabatini joined the Beacon family in March of 2022. Joe played baseball at Baylor University from 2012-2016. Upon graduation, he went on to earn his MBA from Citadel in 2018. Before transitioning to a career in Banking, Joe coached college football at UNC-Chapel Hill from 2018-2022, notably serving as the Wide Receivers Assistant. In his free time, Joe enjoys golfing, hunting, and a day on the boat. Joe has a strong passion for the Lowcountry and is excited to serve his local community by building strong relationships and providing excellent service for local business owners and investors.

Since January of 2022, Will Watson has been a part of the Beacon family. In 2020, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from Clemson University, and subsequently started his banking career at Park National Bank as a Credit Analyst. Will transitioned from a Credit Analyst to a Business Development Officer for the Bank in July of 2023 in hopes to further strengthen relationships with existing customers while also creating new bonds within the community. Daniel Garrett has been with the Beacon family since May of 2019. Archie Mathis was born and raised in South Carolina. He is a graduate of the The Citadel ('77) with a bachelor’s in business administration. He is also a graduate of The Stonier Graduate School of Banking ('88) . Archie joined the Beacon Community Bank family with over 42 years of banking experience. He loves the camaraderie that the Beacon Family shares and being part of the team. He also loves helping clients and their businesses achieve their financial goals. Russell Swift has been in the banking industry for nearly 20 years. He started his career in Greenville, SC in 2005, shortly after obtaining his Masters degree from Clemson University. He then spent seven years in commercial lending in North Carolina before transitioning into a credit role. Russell returned to South Carolina in 2017 and has been serving the Charleston market ever since. His favorite thing about working at Beacon is the positive and encouraging culture. Fun fact – Russell loves to cook and was part of a competitive BBQ circuit when he lived in North Carolina!
Brian Anderson is a driven individual with a passion for teamwork and a love for the outdoors. Prior to joining Beacon, Brian played football at UNC and earned his MBA from UNC's Kenan Flagler Business School. Brian brings a unique blend of collaboration and problem-solving skills to any challenge! Outside of work, Brian enjoys being outdoors, where you can typically find him fishing, hunting, or playing golf. Brian has been a proud member of the Beacon family since January of 2023.
